To place orders:

In North America, call 1-800-361-6820 or fax 1-800-253-5549. For all other locations, call +1-514-457-0701, fax +1-514-457-4499, or e-mail sales@scpscience.com. When placing orders, please clearly indicate the quantity, the catalogue number, and a brief description of each product. Written confirmation of phone orders is required when tax exemptions have been requested. Credit card orders must be confirmed with a signed fax. Credit card orders require a minimum order of $50.

Terms of payment:

Net 30 days: for customers with established credit, payment of the total invoice amount is required within 30 days from the shipping date, unless otherwise arranged. New customers are asked to complete a credit application form listing their bank and three commercial references. Prepayment (including applicable taxes and transportation charges) by credit card or wire transfer is available for customers without established credit for orders to be released immediately for shipment. Based on current exchange rates, and subject to change, prices are equal in Canadian and U.S. funds. Payment in Canadian funds is preferred; special arrangements can be made for payment in U.S. funds. Visa and MasterCard are accepted (American Express is accepted for U.S. orders only).

Shipment:

Courier or truck FOB. Warehouse locations: Baie-D’Urfé, QC, Canada; Champlain, NY, USA. Insurance covering the full value of the shipment is included with the transportation charges. If you wish to select a specific carrier and/or have insurance to cover your shipment, please contact us immediately.

Claims:

SCP SCIENCE takes great care in the packaging of goods prior to shipment. In the event that breakage occurs during shipment, claims for damaged merchandise must be made to the transport company and reported to SCP SCIENCE within five days of receipt of order. The damaged goods and original packaging must be kept, and a damage report claim must be filed with transport company. Claims for short shipments (merchandise manifested but not received) should be made immediately with SCP SCIENCE

Returns:

No returns can be accepted without prior approval. Please contact SCP SCIENCE for a return authorization number and shipping instructions before returning merchandise. Restocking charges may be applicable.
